The human body comes in all shapes and sizes. I try to represent the big busted, muscular girls who are often out-shined by frail figures. My quads are attention getters, my arms are lanky, my butt is growing back. This is me now, not a before and after, but the current state of growth and understanding. I'm happy with that and want to teach other girls to learn about what makes their bodies shift and change.
Hobbies are things you have to think about doing. Habits are things that you do naturally. I have to push my physical threshold everyday to feel victorious. I have to feel sweat on my skin to feel refreshed. Running is meditation. It is the most important part of my creative process. I see no other way of living.
I had a Forest Gump moment a few years ago and started running long miles out of nowhere. I now train for life. I'm notorious for signing up for races the night before. That's how prepared I like to be for marathons. I apply the same philosophy to life. There is never enough time to get ready, you have to stay ready.
I believe in sharing my knowledge with fitting brands and businesses looking for lifestyle insight and messaging. Through the efforts of UNDO-ORDINARY, collaborations have been made with Urban Outfitters, Ace Hotel, Adidas and more.
I've been creating group experience since middle school and I'm always looking for new ways to build bridges. Community is a big accelerator for physical changes across the country. No one wants to be left out of the fitness party and with the help of UNDO, we create powerful moments that are lasting memories.
It's how you connect the dots, loop the hooks and pull people together. This is something I pride myself in as I am actively looking for new ways to make our small world even tighter.
